The March 2014 issue of Vanity Fair features twelve of Hollywood’s hottest actors and actresses, many of them nominated for Oscars based on their recent outstanding performances in film.

VF‘s 20th Annual Hollywood Issue showcases Idris Elba, Julia Roberts, Chiwetel Ejiofor, George Clooney, Jared Leto, Lupita Nyong’o, Michael B. Jordan, Naomie Harris, Brie Larson, Chadwick Boseman, Margot Robbie and Lea Seydoux.

Their extraordinary films include ‘Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom,’ ‘August: Osage County,’ ’12 Years a Slave,’ ‘Gravity,’ ‘Dallas Buyers Club,’ ‘Fruitvale Station,’ ‘Short Term 12,’ ’42,’ ‘The Wolf of Wall Street,’ and ‘Blue Is the Warmest Color.’

Famed photographer Annie Leibovitz created the star-studded magazine cover featuring the men in white tie and tuxedos and the women in glam gowns, with the exception of Roberts. The 46-year-old mother of three was showing off her long legs in a dark man-tailored blazer over a low cut black top, fishnet stockings and stilettos.

The issue will be available digitally for download on February 5. Editor Graydon Carter finally opens up about the long rumored “epic takedown” of Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

In his Editor’s Letter from the March issue, Carter explained to readers that VF decided to sit on the article until now because haters of the Goop celeb were expecting “bombshell revelations” that simply weren’t there.
