The 47th CMA Awards were broadcast live on ABC Wednesday night from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville — hosted for the sixth year in a row by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley.

Our red carpet country crowd played it totally glam in hues of mostly black and white, though there were some dazzling red’s and blues on display.

Featured at the top of the page are Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood.

Swift was honored with a Pinnacle Award and picked up two more trophies for Musical Event of the Year and Music Video of the Year for ‘Highway Don’t Care’ with Tim McGraw and Keith Urban.

Miranda was named Female Vocalist of the Year for the fourth time.

Our next group, in black and white, are Sheryl Crow, Faith Hill and ‘Nashville’ television celeb Connie Britton.

Reality singing competition alum Lauren Alaina of ‘Idol’ and Danielle Bradbery of ‘The Voice’ hit the red carpet along with ‘One Tree Hill’ actress Jana Kramer.

Last season’s ‘DWTS’ mirror ball trophy winner Kellie Pickler vamped for photographers. Kacey Musgraves went home a big winner after being named New Artist of the Year and Little Big Town singer Kimberly Schlapman and her group picked up Vocal Group of the Year for a third year in a row.

Our final group features Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles, ‘GMA’ co-host Robin Roberts and pop singer Colbie Caillat.
