According to a TMZ report that was posted yesterday, Nicki Minaj called authorities after a man that she was with started an altercation on Monday night.
The entertainer and an acquaintance were alleged to have been hanging out poolside at the Palomar in Dallas when things got heated.
The famous rapper asked a hotel employee to call 911 after a disagreement erupted. The man she was with stormed off to their suite and Nicki was not far behind him.
When officers arrived at her hotel room door, Nicki told them that her unruly guest, who had since departed, struck her on the lip.
TMZ claims she told the responding policeman that the guy was not her boyfriend. She cooperated fully while they took a report but she was emphatic that she did not want to press changes against the man.
This morning, the singer has come out with a complete denial via her Twitter page. Her boyfriend, Safaree, aka Scaff Beezy, had some choice words too.
Her boyfriend ‘tweeted’: The general public are some stupid mutha***as!!!! Y’all d*cks believe anything on a website…. It’s really a shame… Wut up tho Dallas?!!”
He followed that up with an assurance to his fans:
