Actor Johnathon Schaech and his One Tree Hill actress wife Jana Rae Kramer have decided to end their marriage just one month after their July 4th nuptials in Michigan.
It turns out that Schaech’s bride, 14 years younger than her groom, wasn’t thrilled with their marital nest, a small living space that he used during his bachelor days following a divorce from Christina Applegate.
Apparently the 40-year-old “Takers” co-star was so attached to his bachelor pad that Jana’s threat to leave wasn’t a compelling enough reason to find a more spacious real estate situation.
The couple got engaged in December 2009, when Schaech staged an elaborate proposal at an ice rink and then posted the photos on Facebook – as seen below:
