According to TMZ, Monjack told staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center he did not want an autopsy performed on Brittany, who died from cardiac arrest this morning.

The 32-year-old actress was found unconscious in the shower around 8:00 a.m. by her mother, who told paramedics that her daughter had a history of diabetes.

Sally Stewart, a spokesperson for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center said Murphy died at 10:04 a.m.  She did not disclose the cause of death, but said it "appears to be natural."

The L.A. County Coroner's Office reported that prescription drugs were found in the home, although they have not released information on what type of drugs.

An autopsy is planned for Monday or Tuesday, with toxicology results expected to take up to six weeks.
