The hot and heavy romance between Adam Lambert and his interior designer boyfriend Drake LaBry has ended. With Lambert set to launch his debut album, For Your Entertainment, he decided it was time to focus on his career.
The November 23, 2009 drop of his first studio album was reportedly the deciding factor in curtailing the relationship, according to Usmagazine. As with all celebrity breakups, we are told that they are still friends, and the split was totally mutual. They plan to still talk and see each other, but for now it is all about timing and business priorities.
Lambert went public with his gay status in the June issue of Rolling Stone magazine. Shortly afterward he and LaBry were seen holding hands at West Hollywood hot spot Guys and Dolls.
