With her father Michael Lohan all over the television and internet going on about her addiction to pills, Lindsay Lohan doesn’t have much of a chance with her probation officer.
In 2007 Lindsay was charged with a DUI, her sentence was 24 hours in prison, 10 hours community service mandatory attendance in an alcohol education program. In reality she actually spent a whopping 84 minutes behind bars and was placed on three years probation.
What exactly has Lindsay done wrong this time? She has failed to abide by the rules of her alcohol education class. The consequences could mean that she will end up back behind bars. A progress report hearing is to be scheduled soon and Lohan will go in front of the judge. We are wondering if this is all part of Michael’s intervention plan?
