All good things must come to an end. For Britney Spears the end of the line came last night with the final U.S. performance of her Circus tour in Las Vegas.
Mandalay Bay was the place to be, with legendary singer Barry Manilow and Lance Bass among celebrities on hand to take in Britney’s last Circus performance. During Spears song Breathe on Me, she brought Bass on stage and gave him a lap dance – view video here.
Britney also performed in Vegas on Saturday night. Miley Cyrus and Melanie Brown were a few of the stars to catch that performance.
While the U.S. leg of the tour is completed…Britney is scheduled to perform several concerts in Australia this November. The long running gig has had a stabilizing effect on the pop star.
Hopefully Britney will continue to remain on track when she finds that she has spare time on her hands. It seems likely that Jamie Spears will get her right back into recording sessions so they can start the process once again.
