Henry Ian Cusick, the actor who plays Desmond Hume on ABC’s “Lost,” is being sued by a woman who claims she was sexually harassed by the actor on the set of the hit television drama.

Chelsea Stone, who had worked for ABC since 1997, also names ABC in the suit, claiming she was fired in retaliation 12 days after reporting the incident.

The suit, filed yesterday in Los Angeles court, alleges that on or about October 16, 2007, Cusick squeezed and placed his face on the plaintiff’s breasts, kissed her on the mouth, and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.

After reporting the alleged abuse to ABC and production company Grass Skirt Entertainment, Stone says nothing was done to keep Cusick away from her and the actor and fellow employees became “very hostile” toward her in the following days.

On October 28, 2007, Stone was fired.

There has been no comment from ABC or reps for Cusick.
