It was another night of fierce competition for the remaining seven celebrity contestants and their professional dance partners on the hit ABC reality show Dancing with the Stars. Ending up at the top of the heap this week were Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani, who received high score of the night with a solid 29 for their Argentine tango.
Also in strong contention are Shawn Johnson and Mark Ballas who scored at 28 for their cha cha. Tied for third spot with 27 are Chuck Wicks & Julianne Hough and the team of Gilles Marini & Cheryl Burke.
Lil’ Kim and her partner Derek Hough toned things down after their raucous jive performance last week that caused a wardrobe malfunction. This week they earned a 26 for their understated rumba. Rodeo cowboy Ty Murray and Chelsie Hightower earned a respectable 24 for their waltz, coming back from a disappointing 18 last week.
At the bottom of the pack with a score of 21 for their waltz are Lawrence Taylor and his beautiful pro partner Edyta Sliwinska. It will likely be their swansong unless the football Hall of Famer can manage to keep his loyal fan base firmly behind him.
Check out some of the top performances below as well as the very entertaining 60’s group dance.
