Victor Conte was sent to prison for one of the biggest scandals to hit the sports community. He is the founder and president of BALCO, a controversial sports nutrition center that produced the banned steriod THG. He just can’t step away from the action because he’s mounted a new strategy.

Conte spend four months in prison and four months on house arrest based on one count of conspiracy to distribute steriods and a second count of money laundering. In a plea agreement, he implicated several Olympic athletes, including Marion Jones, Kelly White, Dwain Chambers and Bill Romanowski.

Conte appeared on 20/20 and was quoted as saying:

“The whole history of the games is just full of corruption, cover-up, performance-enhancing drug use.”

Conte and his daughter, Veronica Conte, are reportedly back in business under the name Scientific Nutrition For Advanced Conditioning. He is reportedly providing supplements to British athlete and NFL Europa player Dwain Chambers.
