Christina Ricci was on hand for the grand opening of Palazzo Las Vegas on Thursday evening. She and friends partied and played blackjack at the unveiling of the new digs.
Ricci and her boyfriend, Christopher ‘Kick’ Gurrey, played alongside Angie Harmon, her husband Jason Seyhorn and Jerry O’Connell. Ricci met Australian actor Gurrey on the set of Speed Racer.
Ricci says that she learned to love gambling while in Australia for several months. She indicates it is the national pastime there. She has been known to bet on the horses and on football games. She claims to love everything about gambling but acknowledges that she stinks at picking the right horse.
Release date for Speed Racer is May 9, 2008.
