Yesterday in Los Angeles, a Superior Court judge turned down Jack Osbourne‘s request for an order of protection from a “crazy” ex-girlfriend.
Niki Cloyd, a former girlfriend of Jack’s, was caught on surveillance camera keying his $250,000 Aston Martin on the grounds of his Hollywood Hills home. Niki was arrested.
Then why would Jack be turned down for a restraining order request? He said that she “is apparently in a state of unpredictable rage, and I fear that she intends to do further harm to me or to my property.”
The judge wasn’t impressed. She ruled that there wasn’t enough evidence to suggest that he was in harms way and told Osbourne, “Don’t allow her in your home.”
Cloyd went off after going through Jack’s telephone text messages and his private computer files. We don’t know Niki but we are guessing her side of the story will surface very soon.
