The View co-host Sherri Shepherd and Lamar Sally were married yesterday in her hometown of Chicago at the Fairmont Hotel.
The large wedding featured eight bridesmaids, including her co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck, comedian Niecy Nash and Yvette Nicole Brown.
The beautiful bride walked down the aisle with her 6-year-old son Jeffrey, who was born during her union with comedian Jeff Tarpley.
Earlier this year Shepherd told People magazine why it was important for Jeffrey to walk her down the aisle, “I want Sally to know that when my son walks me down the aisle, you’re not only getting me, but you’re getting this little boy.”
Shepherd wore a custom designed dress by Rivini, while her bridesmaids wore Carmen Marc Valvo.
The nervous bride-to-be took to her Twitter page prior to the nuptials, “Sitting in the room in my gown waiting for Sal & groomsmen to take their pics… can’t let him see me b4 the wedding… but I’m bored as heck.”
Her final ‘tweet’ was a keeper, “What happens when you are in your wedding dress and you have to tinkle? Uh-oh!”

Another co-host of The View pulled a shocker and actually beat Sherri to the altar. Joy Behar wed her “spousal equivalent Steve Janowitz in Manhattan on Thursday night.
The new season of the popular morning talk show will premiere on September 6, when the new brides will undoubtedly have lots to talk about.
