Olympic ski racer Lindsey Vonn put her training schedule in Austria on the back burner early this week so she could join her boyfriend Tiger Woods at the British Open.

She has turned out to have an eye for photography, tweeting several great looking images from Muirfield Golf Links in Guliane, East Lothian, Scotland.

Tiger is favored to win the 16th Open Championship, having hoisted the coveted trophy three time previously in 2000, 2005 and 2006.

He posted this photo on Twitter and Facebook under the banner of “Throwback Thursday!”

Vonn tweeted during a practice round on Monday, “Really eye opening experience today inside the ropes with my man. Incredible course. @GoPro #britishopen #goTW”

Since GoPro makes high tech cameras, we’ll hazard a guess that Lindsey was showing them some love for a freebie, perhaps?

The downhill racer posted a panoramic view of the course early this morning and tweeted, “Day 2 about to start!”

Regarding his 2013 British Open changes, Tiger blogged earlier this week, “This marks my second trip to Muirfield. My first visit in 2002 didn’t go very well. I caught the worst of the weather and wound up tying for 28th. That’s just the nature of links golf. Luck plays a big part in it, and you never know what you’re going to get. Murfield is one of the hardest courses in Scotland.”
