‘The Canyons’ actress Lindsay Lohan is reportedly dating former NFL football player Matt Nordgren.
He was a quarterback at the University of Texas before playing one season for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2006. He then went on to star on the 2011 Bravo reality series ‘Most Eligible Dallas.’
Matt, 30, is a clean-cut Texan who seems genuinely interested in keeping her on the straight and narrow now that she has completed a three month rehab stint.
They met seven years ago through a mutual friend in L.A., and have hooked up in the past during New York Fashion Week events.
He told Page Six, “We’ve hung out and I have been a friend trying to support her for many years now. She’s completely sober for months now. She’s in a great place, she’s thinking clear and working hard and meeting with all the right people.”
Nordgren posted some solid advice on Twitter Monday that may have been a personal message meant for Lindsay Lohan:
