On Criminal Minds Season 10 Episode 15, Kate worries when her niece plans to meet a boy she met online and the team heads to California on a case.
At the onset of Criminal Minds Season 10 Episode 15, an UnSub goes into his basement where we see a woman captive in a chair, bound and gagged.
Garcia tells the BAU about two women, both savagely beaten and had their throats cut, post-mortem. The UnSub’s victim becomes the next casualty.
The UnSub then replays a recording over and over as he bashes his own head against a wall. It’s about to get even creepier still, as it often does.
A woman walks into a women’s shelter, where a caseworker calls her name and she gets up to met him. The caseworker, we learn, is the UnSub.
She tells him the story about how her husband beat her and how she now needs to escape. Soon enough, the UnSub attacks and abducts her as well.
The BAU believes the assailant is Peter Folkmore, who abducts women to make them re-enact the last moments of his parents when he was a child.
Folkmore’s new would-be victim, Greta, manages to escape his clutches and hide under a bench, just as the BAU arrives. JJ is knocked out by Folkmore.
Another policeman shoots him dead, however, neutralizing the threat.
Meanwhile, Kate’s niece Meg and her friend Makayla are going to the mall to meet up with who they think is a cute senior that they met online. If only.
He’s a middle aged child predator who has been stalking them.
Fortunately, Kate’s husband Chris shows up as a precaution, thus thwarting any nefarious ideas … for now. He creepily texts the girls about their "babysitter."
