Last week, Amanda Bynes was released from psychiatric care and is now back on the streets. In what may be even more troubling news, however, Bynes is also back on Twitter.

Bynes accused her father of sexual abuse on social media last month, but quickly retracted the accusation.

The incident helped persuade the judge in her case that Bynes was in need of immediate psychiatric care and served as evidence of the damage the troubled star is capable causing online.

Now Bynes is tweeting about her parents again, and for the second time she’s inadvertently helping to build a strong case against  her ability to care for herself:

“I’m so mad at my parents,” Baynes tweeted this morning. “We aren’t speaking…They are with holding [sic] my money and belongings from me so I don’t have new clothes or enough money to rent an apartment.”

“My hair is hideous…Until I get a different conservator ill look terrible because I don’t have enough to get new clothes or anything I need.”

Bynes parents have reportedly been giving her American Express gift cards so that she can purchase essentials. Sources say they won’t provide her with cash, for fear that she might spend it on drugs.

Bynes’ bid to end her conservatorship was denied last week, and based on her tweets it seems the actress has come to terms with the fact that she will require some sort of legal guardian.

It seems, however, that she’ll attempt to convince the judge to allow her to choose her own conservator.
