Todd Chrisley always knows best.
Well, except for when it comes to his troubled son Kyle Chrisley.
On that topic, he is just as lost as the rest of us, really.
Todd's oldest son has recently been busted on multiple charges, including the possession of meth, according to Radar Online.
He also had an open warrant for his arrest after threatening his wife.
According to Daily Mail and other outlets, the drug arrest took place last week in Oklahoma.
The former Chrisley Knows Best star was reportedly taken immediately to Okmulgee County Jail.
Father Todd is known for being super strict and controlling over his other four children on his hit USA TV show -- and now we understand a bit more about why that is.
Once the police took in Kyle for his felony methamphetamine possession -- which is already serious enough -- they soon discovered there was also an open warrant for his arrest in Georgia.
The warrant seems to be tied to death threats that Kyle made to his estranged wife, Alexus, back in January 2019.
Legal documents claim that Kyle sent threatening text messages to Alexus and confirmed it was "a threat to her life."
"[Not] before I end you. Im going to the streets I will get my s--t and take care of this problem with you because if I'm not with you nobody will be. Bye Alexus," he wrote.
Apparently, Alexus replied, "thats a threat to my life" to which Kyle is accused of saying, "yes :Lexi it was. Goodbye."
Police also say that Alexus showed them messages of Kyle holding a gun to his head and using drugs.
Kyle's famous dad has not commented on his son's poor behavior but has spoken out publicly about their relationship.
Back in 2014, Todd claimed that his son, who appeared on the first season of Chrisley Knows Best, suffered from bipolar disorder and would be battling the illness "for life."
Although at the time Kyle said he was sober and on the mend mentally.
The father and son had a falling out around 2014 after Kyle accused Chrisley of using his mixed-race daughter, Chloe, for diversity ratings.
Kyle even sparked tons of rumors about his dad after sharing that he thought he was gay!
However Todd, who is married to his second wife Julie, quickly denied the rumors.
Chrisley also claimed that he spent $1 million on Kyle's stints in rehab and was drug testing him weekly.
This was all documented on the show as the family was very open (at the time) about Kyle's struggles.
"I had to come to the realization that the money wasn't going to save you," Chrisley told Kyle on camera.
"You had to want to save you."
"My son Kyle has had some difficulties in his life. For every dark road Kyle's traveled down, I've traveled behind him with a flashlight," Todd later remarked.
But it seems he eventually just got too lost to follow?
It is unclear if Kyle is still in custody or what the future holds for the Chrisley kid, but it's not looking great.
Todd and the rest of his family have yet to comment on the arrest.
