Jessa Duggar Seewald is ready for the final weeks of her pregnancy!
And of course, she is using Instagram to share her excitement right along with us, #blessed.
Currently, the Counting On star is 31 weeks pregnant — which actually means the baby is the size of asparagus and that Jessa is probably starting to perfect her waddle walk.
On Friday, the expectant Duggar who is already mom to sons Spurgeon Elliot, 3, and Henry Wilberforce, 2, celebrated her pregnancy journey with a mirror selfie that showed off her growing baby bump.
"31 weeks. Pardon the toothpaste splatters on the mirror," the TLC favorite began her post.
She then took the time to compare her past pregnancies at the same week mark to her current one.
Jessa, 26, revealed that her bump was larger than when she was with her second child but smaller than she was with her first.
"Definitely a bit bigger than I was at this point in my pregnancy with Henry (who was born 8lbs 11oz), but smaller than I was with Spurgeon (Who was born 9Ibs 110z)."
"What can I say — those Duggar genes grow ’em big," she joked adding a laughing emoji.
Besides her bump size, the soon-to-be mom of three also noted that she was experiencing heartburn again, which she said occurred with Spurgeon, and called on her fans to provide natural remedies for the condition.
Jessa brought up "The old wives tale that heartburn in pregnancy means the baby will be born with lots of hair."
"If there’s any truth in that, then this one ought to have a head full," she joked.
"I mean it could just be coincidence, but I had heartburn with Spurgeon too, and he was born with a decent amount of hair."
She did acknowledge that the heartburn could be a result of "specific foods" in her diet.
"Anyone want to weigh in based on personal experience? Also, any natural heartburn remedies that are recommended in pregnancy?"
Being pregnant, according to the American Pregnancy Association, can trigger the body to experience heartburn more frequently.
Progesterone hormone changes cause the valve to relax and can allow acid to travel back up, especially during the third trimester when the growing uterus adds pressure to the intestines and stomach.
Jessa and husband Ben announced their pregnancy news to People on January 9.
"We are overjoyed that God has blessed us with a baby, due late this Spring!" Jessa told the outlet in a statement.
"From the day we found out we were expecting, we both guessed boy, and if our predictions are right then we already have a ton of clothing and accessories ready to pass down!"
"At the same time, we would absolutely love it if we found out we were having a girl — though we’ve joked that we’d be starting from square one and might have to learn a few things."
Ben added on behalf of their children: "Henry doesn’t have a clue what’s coming, but Spurgeon understands and he talks about the baby quite a bit."
"Seeing our boys meet their new siblings for the first time is something we are really looking forward to!"
The couple, who wed in November of 2015, is very ready to welcome their third child to their brood.
"We love being parents and are really looking forward to this new arrival!" said Ben.
