Back when the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Season 4 premiere date was revealed, we knew that Chantel and Pedro were part of the cast.
But it turns out that this is only the beginning of what these two have in store for fans and viewers.
They -- and their dramatic families -- are getting their very own spinoff series that's all about them.
People reports that Chantel Everett and Pedro Jimeno are getting their very own 90 Day Fiance spinoff!
What's more is that they won't be starring alone -- they'll be among family.
That means Chantel's parents, Karen and Thomas.
That means her siblings, River and Winter.
And we'll also see Pedro's mom, Lidia, and his sister, Nicole.
This new show will be called The Family Chantel.
TLC says that the series "follow this unique modern family as they try to get past their differences and come together."
Chantel and Pedro appeared on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance, and then appeared on two (soon to be three) seasons of Happily Ever After?
Keep in mind that there's more drama to this crowd than Chantel and Pedro telling a little white lie about their engagement.
On Happily Ever After, Pedro had an explosive fight with Chantel's family. Lamps were punched, shirts were torn, and weaves were ripped off.
As we saw in a sneak peek at the new season of Happily Ever After?, Chantel's mom has since acquired a taser that she has named Shocky.
Howard Lee, president and general manager of TLC, has put out an enthusiastic statement on this new spinoff.
"This is an awesome moment for TLC," he raves.
Lee continues: "as we create a family show based on one of our most popular 90 Day couples."
This is far from the first spin-off, but this is the first time that an extended family has been placed front-and-center.
"And," he notes. "On a whole new night."
As the statement continues, it is clear why TLC selected these particular individuals for a spinoff.
Lee explains: "Our fans can’t get enough of Pedro, Chantel, and their larger-than-life families."
"For a brand known as the destination for love, relationships, and family shows," the statement reads.
Lee continues: "The Family Chantel hits the bullseye."
That makes sense.
This could potentially open the door to other complicated casts of family members getting their own spinoffs.
Keep in mind, of course, that Chantel and Pedro will still appear on the new season of Happily Ever After?
That season premieres on Sunday, April 28. That's just weeks away.
In the mean time, for the bajillionth time, we have to wonder what other spinoffs could be on the horizon.
They could take stories like Steven and Olga's and Kalani and Asuelu's and create a series specifically for couples making this journey because of a pregnancy or new baby.
They could also make a show about bitter exes, following them both as they get on with their lives.
(Danielle and Mohamed come to mind, but so do Larissa and Colt, and they're not the only ones)
The thing about 90 Day Fiance is that there are so many possibilities, each as exciting as the last.
