Oh dear. Those reports of Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner's engagement may be short-lived.
A photo surfaced that appeared to show a man who resembles Travis standing suspiciously close to a woman who is not Kylie.
Is Travis cheating on his billionaire baby mama? Let's see what he has to say.
A blurry photo of a man resembling Travis Scott surfaced bearing the TMZ watermark.
In the pic, the man whom people were supposed to believe to be Travis was standing suspiciously close to a mystery woman on a balcony.
Travis has ignored a lot of claims about him, but he couldn't let this one slide.
He took to Instagram to clear things up.
"Trolls always wanna create some fake s--t to destroy real love," Travis laments.
He then declares: "GOING OVER BOARD TO MAKE S--T LOOK LIKE [IT'S] NOT IS EVIL."
"I hate acknowledging s--t," Travis acknowledges.
"But," he continues. "Quit [trying] to take joy from s--t that’s good."
There are a lot of people who seem to exist on this earth for no reason at all except to suck every ounce of joy from everything.
(If someone's really a cheater or otherwise problematic, please point it out -- but you don't have to make stuff up because a singer rubs you the wrong way)
"I pray god blocks out all evil," Travis declares.
His message concludes: "BACK TO CELEBRATING!!!!"
That wasn't all that the rapper had to say on the subject, however.
When he was asked about the veracity of the alleged photo, he did not mince words.
"S--t cap ass f---kkk," Travis swore.
He then stated: "TMZ ain’t post this s--t."
TMZ has a reputation for making certain that media that they receive is authentic and for only reporting stories that they are very confident are true.
Someone took some time to edit the photo to make it look believable.
Or, as Travis phrases it: "Trolls working hard today."
"I don’t be on balcony wit no thots," Travis clarified.
(There's a too-easy joke about Kylie's sisters to be made out of that declaration)
"That s--t lame," Travis insists.
He then dares his detractors: "Try again u trollssss."
"Me and my wifey sturdy," he writes, referring to his relationship with girlfriend and baby mama Kylie Jenner.
Again, Travis writes: "Back to celebrating!!!"
"Only got love for my wife," Travis emphasizes.
He then explains that he has "no time to be wasting."
He's a busy man with a music career. He's also a father to a precious 10-month-old baby, Stormi Webster.
Also, his girlfriend is a near-billionaire makeup mogul.
Cheating would be stupid on every level and could ruin his life forever.
Travis concludes: "Think again."
While some celebrity cheaters are really sloppy and do allow themselves to be spotted, would Travis?
He would have so much to lose -- and he's not really self-destructive, unlike so many famous cheaters.
If he did want to cheat on Kylie, he wouldn't have to flirt with groupies on a balcony. He could just have them invited to a private room.
Remember, he might be Kylie's goofy baby daddy to us, but he has a lot of passionate fans and is a celebrity in his own right.
But more importantly, he just doesn't seem like a cheater.
Remember when people were making up stories that Kylie's super hunky bodyguard was her real baby daddy?
This is no better, folks. A hoax is a hoax.
