On Teen Mom OG‘s January 18th after show, Amber Portwood confessed to having "cold feet" ahead of her October nuptials to Matt Baier.
Baier, who has a criminal record and seven children of his own, may have Portwood thinking that she’s made a mistake.
“I’m starting to get cold feet,” Amber revealed on air. “I shouldn’t be worried, but it’s okay to be, right?
"I’m so scared something’s going to come up, but I need to stop thinking that way.”
OK! Magazine asked Baier what he thought of Portwood’s admission.
"I had questions about [her comments] too,” Baier said.
“It wasn’t cold feet about the wedding."
"It wasn’t about not wanting to get married … it was that it’s now coming up so soon and that she just got very, ‘OMG, I can’t believe I’m actually getting married because I never thought I would.’”
According to Baier, "everything is great!"
Quick question: Why hasn’t Portwood herself addressed these comments?
“Wedding planning is going well and she’s actually really excited now!" Baier said.
Mmmkay, may we speak to your fiance?
Baier moved on to more pressing matters, like Farrah Abraham’s relationship with the rest of the cast.
"Farrah’s part of the family," Baier insisted, even after everything that went down between her, Catelynn Lowell, Maci Bookout and Portwood.
"Everything is great!"
