Michael Lohan - the troubled father of actress-turned-tabloid-fodder Lindsay Lohan - has reportedly been rushed to a Florida hospital after suffering what appeared to be a heart attack.
According to TMZ, Lohan was at a Department of Children and Families office for a three-hour supervised visit with his two youngest children when the attack occurred.
Sources say he began sweating and complaining of chest pains. DCF officials reportedly called an ambulance after Lohan revealed that he had left his heart medication at home.
Lohan and wife Kate Major lost custody of the kids earlier this month. Two-year-old Landon and 10-month-old Logan now reside in foster care.
Lohan first revealed his cardiac condition while he was appearing on Celebrity Rehab in 2011.
At the time, host Dr. Drew Pinsky warned Lohan that he had suffered considerable damage to his right coronary artery, and that the slightest amount of anger or stress could result in a heart attack.
Lohan's life has been nothing if not stressful lately, as he and Major had their children taken away in early November after authorities obtained footage of the couple engaging in a screaming match in front of the kids.
We'll have updates on Michael's condition as more information becomes available.
