Based on the very first trailer for The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 8, fans will soon be be treated to the presence of a brand new cast member.
But the same old craziness.
Bravo has unveiled footage from upcoming fall episodes, which will include former Facts of Life star Kim Fields as a full-fledged cast member.
“Are we grown-ass women talking like this?” Fields asks at one point, apparently unfamilar with Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks, Sheree Whitfield and Porsha Willams.
Indeed, Whitfield is back after a three-season hiatus, while NeNe Leakes will NOT appear for the first time in franchise history.
Claudia Jordan is also out, while Fields will be joined by fellow newcomer Shamea Morton.
The above trailer features such teases as:
- Moore continuing to search for love.
- Bailey trying to fight back against rumors that her marriage is in trouble.
- Kandi getting ready to welcome her second child with husband Todd Tucker.
- Parks dealing with the fact that husband Apollo Nida is behind bars for his $2.3 million bank fraud.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta returns on Sunday, November 8 at 8/7c on Bravo.
