Justin Bieber asks "What Do You Mean?" of the opposite sex in his new single.
But Los Angeles police officers had a very different question for the singer just a day before he played his latest song live for the first time at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards:
Why did you do that?!?
According to TMZ sources, Bieber was pulled over in his brand new Ferrari on Saturday night after going 25 miles per hour over the speed limit.
Following the initial stop, three additional squad cars reportedly pulled up alongside Bieber’s vehicle on a Beverly Hills streets. It’s unclear why.
Despite an original report that Justin was cited for speeding, he was actually given a ticket for making an unsafe pass on the right.
He was also given an equipment violation for excessive window tint and sent on his way.
Bieber, of course, has a history of traffic violations.
His reckless driving resulted in many complaints in his former neighborhood of Calabasas, while Bieber was arrested for drunk driving and drag racing in Miami early last year.
