Back in December of 2014, Joseph Gordon Levitt married Tasha McCauley in super-secret ceremony. The couple went public with their nuptials only after word leaked to the press weeks later.
So it’s not surprising that the couple’s first child arrived in equally low-key fashion sometime in the past week.
The birth was decidedly unexpected, as no one even knew that Tasha was pregnant! (Kinda like how JGL got hitched before anyone even knew he was in a relationship.)
The news was confirmed moments ago by Us Weekly, but Joseph and Tasha have yet to issue any sort of statement.
An insider tells Us that "everyone is happy and healthy."
The couple is so private that it could be months before we learn this baby’s name. Our guess is it’ll be something aggressively normal.
Joseph and his non-celeb wife don’t seem like the type to name their kids after a fruit or a state.
Little is known about Tasha (including how long she and Joseph have been together), other than the fact the she’s the CEO of a robotics company, which is an insanely cool job befitting the wife of one of Hollywood’s coolest actor.
