The daughter of Harry Connick Jr. sang an unlawful note over the weekend.

According to WTNH, Georgia Connick was arrested on Saturday and charged with permitting minors to possess alcohol and procuring alcohol for said minors during a house party in New Canaan, Connecticut.

Insiders confirm that neither Connick Jr. nor wife Jill Goodacre were present during the gathering, while Georgia told police officers that she only planned on having a few people over.

Before she knew it, though, the party had totally gotten out of hand!

"This is a private matter which we are dealing with as a family," the American Idol judge told People Magazine in a statement on Tuesday. "We have no further comments. Thank you for understanding."

Police arrested Georgia, 19, after receiving a call around 1 a.m. in regard to underage drinking taking place at the residence.

Upon arrival, officers witnessed attendees running from the house and into the woods nearby, with several empty and open beer cans littered on the ground around the way.

Ah, memories. We do sort of miss high school.
