Clint Eastwood is not exactly known as the most compassionate, empathetic soul. In fact, his interest in others generally starts and ends with whether or not they're feeling lucky.
So perhaps it's not surprising that Squinty Clint doesn't have the most enlightened view on the topic of Caitlyn Jenner's transition, and a joke that the movie icon made while filming the Spike TV Guy's Choice Awards will reportedly never make it to air.
The weird thing is, Clint's comments really aren't that bad and actually pale in comparison to Caitlyn jokes made by Chris Brown and other ignorant celebs.
Apparently, Clint was introducing Dwayne Johnson and began listing other athletes who successfully made the jump to acting, such as "Jim Brown and Caitlyn Somebody."
Seems like Clint was ragging on Caitlyn for spending most of her life on the D-list, not for becoming a woman.
Making fun of Caitlyn because of her transition is offensive and distasteful, but hopefully we haven't reached the point where we can't make fun of Caitlyn for anything!
After all, the woman was married to Kris Jenner for 24 years. We don't wanna live in a world where we can't occasionally rip on her for that!
