Troubled star Rob Kardashian is suing Kris Jenner, allegedly, along with his sisters for repeatedly exploiting his issues on their E! reality show.
Of course, this would imply he had a reputation of any stature that was worth wrecking, or that Kris Jenner doesn't have total legal control over what airs.
In other words, we're not sure if we believe it ... but here's the tabloid report:
Increasingly cut off from his family, reports say Rob is hooked on crystal meth and has refused multiple attempts at an intervention staged by the Kardashians.
If you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online, you know his mental and physical state have been a topic of debate, though he has not appeared.
Well, he's not happy about this, supposedly ... and is willing to sue over it.
Even though he deleted his now-infamous Instagram post likening Kim to the b--ch from Gone Girl, all is not well between Rob and his famous siblings.
Left out of the Kardashian family’s $100 million deal with E!, he's fuming that Kris and company keep using his weight, mental and drug woes as fodder.
Rob is furious that they are airing his dirty laundry without his permission and continuing to profit at his expense, and reportedly wants to be compensated.
Heavily. Celeb Dirty Laundry claims Rob is gunning for $50 million!
“Struggling with his weight and rumors of drug abuse and depression, Rob Kardashian has spent much of the last year out of the public eye," a source says.
"But that didn’t stop his family from broadcasting the reluctant reality star’s problems on the April 5 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”
The 28-year-old is looking to "find an ironclad way to stop them from even mentioning his name on the show, let alone discussing his mental health.”
Good luck with that against Kris Jenner, the ultimate reality TV shot-caller.
Whether or not the lawsuit is even filed (uncertain) or will stand up in court (even less certain), Rob does make a point and have a right to be upet.
After all, Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10 Episode 4 saw them them literally airing his dirty laundry (they searched his underwear drawer).
The least they could do is leave the guy alone or throw him a few bucks.
