Well, in case you missed it, the New England Patriots eeked out a victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLIX last night.
In years past (when the Pats lost), Gisele Bundchen’s behavior at the Super Bowl has been a source of embarrassment for husband Tom Brady and the Patriots organization.
But while we learned in 2012 that Gisele is the sorest of losers, we found out last night last night that she can be equally embarrassing in victory.
Mrs. Bundchen-Brady posted the above photo to Instagram with a caption reading, "We are so proud of you daddy!!! Congratulations!!!"
She then posted the same thing in Portuguese, perhaps as a way of reminding us that she’s from a country where calling your husband "daddy" isn’t totally weird.
Yes, she was probably speaking for her kids, and considering the entire country spent the week talking about Brady’s balls, referring to him as daddy doesn’t seem all that weird by comparison, but still.
We were kinda hoping there was some truth to the rumor that Brady had banned Gisele from the Super Bowl, just because we’re into the idea of supermodels being told "no" for change, but apparently that wasn’t the case.
So Daddy gets his fourth ring, Gisele gets to celebrate on Instagram, and everyone forgets about DeflateGate. It’s about time these impossibly attractive millionaires had something work out for them, ya know?
