It’s been a busy week for Tom Brady.
In addition to the fact that Brady’s balls have been the subject of headlines across the globe, we hear he’s got some sort of fairly big game coming up on Sunday.
So it’s understandable that he’d like to limit distractions as much as possible…which might mean encouraging his wife and kids to sit this one out.
OK! magazine isn’t the world’s most reliable tabloid, but there might be something to the magazine’s claims that Tom is "desperate" to keep Gisele Bundchen from attending the Super Bowl.
After all, not only has Gisele proven to be something of a bad luck charm for Tom (She attended the last two Super Bowls in which the Patriots appeared, and we all know how those turned out.), she also blamed Brady’s teammates the last time they lost the big game.
"He suggested she watch from a remote location," a source tells OK! "He knows there’s too much on his mind to let Gisele become a distraction."
The source adds that Gisele kept her distance from the players’ family box all season, as the other wives are still not cool with her decision to throw the rest of the team under the bus after Super Bowl XLVI.
Wow. If Tom really told his wife that she should stay a 2,000 miles a way from him during the Super Bowl, that might be the ballsiest move ever executed by a man wearing Uggs.
