The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 16 saw another bittersweet elimination and the remaining contestants fight to reclaim their Glory Days once more.

This installment was billed as the biggest showdown in history, and if you watch The Biggest Loser online, you know why. It's Woody versus Scott.

One of them will be able to rejoin the ranch, and that is ...

Not Scott Mitchell. He will not be The Biggest Loser.

The former Detroit Lions quarterback's fate, a cliffhanger at the end of last week, was sealed Thursday. Mitchell needed to lose give points to advance.

He lost only two, and was eliminated from the show.

However, after coming in at 366 pounds, he left at 240, and looks great. Catching up with him after the fact, he acts and feels like his old self again.

Now THAT is inspiring, as he's totally winning at life.

As for the new weigh in, The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 16 featured the red line this week, with the stakes high and the gang bringing their A game.

Toma loses an insane 14 pounds, while Lori loses six, bringing her down to 220. Sonya also loses six, earning a spot in the final four on her 40th birthday.

She's now down 40 percent of her weight, fittingly.

Rob needs to shed eight points do stay in the game, and he blows past that and then some by losing 15! That means it's Lori vs. Woody to stay in it.

The whole concept of Comeback Canyon is a letdown, according to Bob, if Woody can't get it done. But he does, losing 11 pounds to survive the week.

Lori is out, but with her head held high. She thanks Jessie for helping her face her fears. Jessie responds by telling her what a great person she is.
