Ever since she was sentenced back in October, Teresa Giudice has been trying to get out of going to prison.
Now it looks as though she’s finally coming to terms with the fact that some time behind bars is inevitable, so she’s doing what she does best – blaming other people for her problems!
First, Teresa blamed Joe Giudice for her legal woes. Now, she’s pointing the finger at the folks she hired to help her escape from her massive debt.
TMZ reports that Teresa is suing the attorney who assisted her in filing for bankruptcy last year, claiming he didn’t do his job, and that’s why she’s headed for the Big House.
Teresa says the she was charged with attempting to mislead the court about her assets and investments, when in reality, it was her lawyer who failed to properly itemize such big-ticket belongings as cars and rental properties.
One might think that Teresa would would briefly skim through the court documents to make sure all the vehicles and freaking buildings she owns were accounted for, but it’s important to bear in mind this is Teresa Giudice we’re talking about.
