Last night on Sleepy Hollow Season 2 Episode 7, Ichabod and Abbie found themselves running out of time as they try to save Katrina with so much at stake.
At the beginning of Sleepy Hollow Season 2 Episode 7, viewers saw Katrina and her husband talk about what their children might be like someday.
Soon, the poison turns her pleasant dream into her worst nightmare.
The Jincan is doing its job. Abraham says this was not what he had in mind but Henry, the doctor, tells the Horseman of Death that Moloch has a new plan.
What a plan that would turn out to be in about half an hour on FOX.
Desperate, Henry opens the shutters to wield the sunlight’s power against the Headless Horseman, at which point Katrina escapes in the fracas.
When one of her Abbie’s colleagues informs them that a woman in Colonial attire has been hospitalized, Ichabod and Abbie know who it is immediately.
Katrina is suffering a serious illness, one unlike doctors have seen.
Trying to flee the hospital, she and Ichabod escape; Abbie finds in the lab a journal which hold the secret to what’s ailing Katrina and how to rid her of it.
Then the other shoe drops: She’s not sick, but she’s PREGNANT.
Confronted, Henry laughs at their theory, confirming that yes, Katrina is with child, and that child just happens to be the Horrid King, Moloch himself.
Ichabod researches the aurora borealis as a means to stop evil spirits, and believes if he can simulate this, he can stop Moloch from crossing over.
Abbie and Ichabod steal the tablet needed to attempt this plan.
With seconds to spare, he uses it as a prism to halt the birth and banish the evil entity … which Henry nonetheless manages to captured in a jar.
Well, that was certainly a lot to take in for one installment, no?
