Over the past few months, Kate Middleton’s been forced to cancel appearances and travel plans as a result of complications from her second pregnancy.
Kate is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which has been known to cause extreme nausea and vomiting.
Fortunately, the condition is generally at its worst in the first months of pregnancy, which means that Kate is more or less out of the woods and has reportedly been cleared to resume her royal duties by doctors.

Kate has returned to public life (some say at the urging of the Queen) and is about to begin a busy travel schedule that will include a trip to New York City next month.
No exact dates have been given, and it’s unclear if Prince George will be joining Will and Kate on their trip.
The royal couple will be in Manhattan for the purpose of spreading the word about their new wildlife charity, but considering they’ll be in the Big Apple for at least three days, they’re expected to take in some sights as well.
The New York media has already begun speculating as to how Will and Kate will spend their time in NYC.
Given the number of family-friendly activities the city has to offer in the weeks before Christmas, most royal watchers are expecting the Will and Kate to be joined by George.
The Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, the (soon to be defunct) carriage rides in Central Park, and the famous FAO Schwarz toy store on Fifth Avenue were among the stops recommended by New Yorkers in an informal survey conducted by the New York Daily News.
Regardless of where the Will and Kate spend their time, of course, there are two certainties regarding their visit: they’ll be mobbed by fans and paparazzi, and Kate’s famous fashion sense will be on full display.
