After the events of the past several weeks, what did we learn on Sleepy Hollow Season 2 Episode 4? That Ichabod has a future as a professional driver, perhaps.
Maybe not, but when Abbie is saying things like "all that power is now a part of you, make it your steed” while teaching him to drive, then moaning passionately?
There were some definitely sexual undertones to that scene. Just saying. If you watch Sleepy Hollow online, we suggest keeping one hand on the volume button.
Sleepy Hollow Season 2 Episode 4, "Go Where I Send Thee," was basically a follow-up to last week’s epic installment, and focused on a Pied Piper.
The Piper has a long history of luring local children into the woods to meet their very unfortunate destiny, making for a sufficiently mysterious and evil adversary.
All with a Revolutionary War theme that kept the ties to 1781 strong, which helps differentiate this show from others who have gone down similar roads.
The installment might have been mostly a bridge between last week and future episodes, but if so, it worked, thanks in no small part to John Noble.
In the concluding scene, we see his villainous character incorporating the pied piper’s flute into a powder for reasons we don’t yet know, but can’t be good.
Meanwhile, Nick Hawley remains a bit of an enigma. Watching him talk about the collectible value of the bone flute made us wonder just what his motives are.
What did you think of this recent Sleepy Hollow installment? Does it make you more intrigued or did the fact that it was a bit of a slow burner bore you somewhat?
