With The Flash already a new big hit on the small screen, Warner Bros. has announced a movie based on this superhero for the summer of 2018.

It will star Ezra Miller in the lead role.

The star, best known for his role in The Perks of Being a Wallflower, will become the first known gay actor to anchor a superhero franchise, as he’ll portray Barry Allen, the young man who gains super speed after an explosion at a local science lab.
