Sharon Osbourne Trashes U2 as "Middle Age Political Groupies," Slams Money-Hungry “Megalomaniacs"

Think the Charlie Sheen-LeSean McCoy feud is random?

What about Mayim Bialik dissing Ariana Grande for the way she dresses?

Now it's time to consider the latest Unexpected Feud of the Month, although this rivalry is rather one-sided at the moment.

Following U2 shocking the music world by releasing its new album “Sons of Innocence,” at last week’s iPhone 6 unveiling, Sharon Osbourne took to Twitter yesterday and slammed the iconic band.

The Big (Sharon) O

"U2 you are business moguls not musicians anymore," Osbourne wrote after U2 partnered with Apple to release the aforementioned album. "No wonder you have to give your mediocre music away for free cause no one wants to buy it."

Whoa! Shot fired!

Shades of Innocence was downloaded for free to iTunes customers' accounts, though Osbourne doubts Bono and company didn’t make (A LOT of) money off it.

"Guys nothing is for free, how much you making?" Osbourne asked of the deal, which reportedly cost Apple $100 million. "PS, btw you are just a bunch of middle age political groupies…."

And Sharon still wasn't done ranting!

"Whose political ass are we going to pull you out of today? Or are you front row at another tragic fashion show?... Jimmy Iovine, iTunes, U2, you're a bunch of megalomaniacs. F--K YOU!"

Osbourne then told users last night to remove the band's album from their iTunes account because the music was "forced upon" them.

No word in response from The Edge or anyone in U2 yet. Probably because they are too busy counting their money and wondering: who the heck is Sharon Osbourne?!?
