Jay Z and Beyonce have released a new video promoting their On the Run tour. It’s a mock movie trailer for Run, a film that doesn’t exist, but does feature:
- Sex AND violence
- Strippers gyrating
- NSFW language
- Blake Lively "acting"
Yup, that about sums it up. All in the name of plugging a tour where you can pay $300 to watch Bey grind on Jay and sing about riding him like a surfboard.
While less entertaining (and not as well choreographed) than the Solange Knowles-Jay Z fight video, it’s certainly noteworthy as concert teasers go.
In addition to the Gossip Girl star, the video features Sean Penn, Don Cheadle, Guillermo Diaz, Rashida Jones, Jake Gyllenhaal and Emmy Rossum.
Solange, sadly, is nowhere to be found in the flashy faux trailer, but hey, we’ll always have the hotel surveillance video seen around the world.
And for that, we shall be forever grateful …
