Khloe Kardashian is ready to leave the worst year of her life in the past.
The reality star, who recently filed for divorce from Lamar Odom, opens up in the latest issue of Cosmpolitan UK and make it clear: it's time to move on.
"I need a good fresh start," Khloe says in the magazine's cover story. "I'm excited for this year to be over with."
Can you really blame her? Kardashian didn't just see her marriage fall apart over the past dozen months; she had to sit back and watch the world learn of her husband's drug and infidelity problems.
"I don't regret anything about my life," Khloe tells Cosmo. "My life has made me who I am at this moment, and I'm very happy with who I am. No matter if it's great, disgusting, beautiful or ugly, it happens and it makes you you. Life is about how you process things."
And Kardashian is trying to process them on Instagram, writing over the weekend that everything is temporary and forever is "an empty promise." Not exactly uplifting thoughts.
What, precisely, does Khloe have in mind for the new year? She has lost 30 pounds and is ready to "sex it up a little" like sister Kim Kardashian, she tells the publication, revealing a very specific resolution:
"My 2014 mission is to wear a crop top with jeans. I've never done that, so it has to happen one day.”
We wish Khloe the very best of luck! You can read more from her when this issue of Cosmo hits newsstands on January 2.
