Callum Keith Rennie has joined the Fifty Shades of Grey cast.
The British actor – who has appeared in such dramas as Battlestar Galactica, The Killing and The Firm – will come on board the sexual thriller as Ray Steele, Anastasia’s stepfather.
The character is the ex-husband of Anastasia’s mother, though the heroine considers Ray to be her “real” dad.
Dakota Johnson, of course, will portray Anastasia in the big screen adaption of this bestseller, while Jamie Dornan is in as Christian Grey.
The film is scheduled to hit theaters February 13, 2015 and other recent casting additions include:
- Marcia Gay Harden as Christian’s adoptive mother.
- Rita Ora as Christian’s sister.
- Max Martini as Christian’s bodyguard.
