Forget any supposed fighting between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth.
The singer is in a real battle with the Carriage Operators of North America.
Following Miley and her mother coming out in support of a ban against horse drawn carriages in New York City, CONA board member Tommy Doyle has fired back at the star via TMZ.
Doyle insists there is no animal abuse in the industry and that the horses are "properly tended to" and "very well taken care of."
"How many times has Miley spent with working horses?" he asks. "Does she even know what a healthy horse looks like? Has she been in the barn to see these animals?"
Cyrus is not the only famous person involved in this fight. Lea Michele and Alec Baldwin have expressed outrage at the carriage practice as well.
