Tragic news today out of Maine:
A six-year old boy named Nathan Capponi was pronounced dead yesterday after being struck that morning by a snowplow driven by his father, Kevin.
The incident took place in the town of Greene, as a state police spokesman said Kevin did not see his child when he was backing the vehicle up around 6:45 a.m.

The boy was playing soccer when the accident occurred.
Neither Kevin nor anyone in his family has commented on the tragedy publicly, but the father reacted with a message on his Facebook page that reads:
“Please forgive me and my family. I love him with all my heart. It is now broken.”
