Robin Roberts is home from the hospital, and that’s where she’ll be remaining for awhile:

According to TMZ sources, the beloved Good Morning America anchor won’t return to her day job for at least six months.

While physicians are satisfied with Roberts’ progress, they also believe her immunse system needs plenty of time to grow stronger.

As a result, while GMA producers had been hoping to have Roberts back in her chair by February, May or June is now a far more likely return date.

But it’s impossible to keep Robin’s spirits down.

She Tweeted a photo of herself and her Jack Russell Terrier on Saturday in honor of the 100-day mark since her bone-marrow transplant.

“Look who made it back for my 100 day celebration…KJ!!” Roberts wrote. “We just keep staring at each [other]…can’t believe she’s finally home.”

Roberts has displayed amazing courage throughout this battle and we continue to wish her the best.
