Kelly Osbourne is featured in the latest issue of Cosmopolitan Body, showing off a physique that is 69 pounds lighter than the one she carried just a few months ago:
How did she achieve her weight loss goal?
An admitted food fanatic, Kelly says she still eats pizza and chocolate cake, but only in moderation. It’s really been all about working up a sweat.
“When I started exercising, I couldn’t even do one sit-up!” she tells the magazine. “By the end of the first week I could do three, and that was a big deal.
“Now I work out every day and I just don’t feel good if I miss it. It’s amazing how quickly your fitness builds, but you have to really want it.”
The Fashion Police co-host adds that a healthy dose of self-esteem was the first step to getting in shape.
“I learned to respect and love myself – something I didn’t think I would ever be capable of. I put on my dress [at last year’s Emmys], and when I looked at myself in the mirror I cried. Never in my life did I think that Zac Posen would fly in a dress for me that he could have given to any nominee. It fit me perfectly!”
