Lady Gaga Hit By Pole in Concert, Suffers Concussion, Performs 16 More Songs to Finish Show!

The hits just keep coming for Lady Gaga ... literally in this case.

Just weeks after Gaga cancelled her Indonesian concert amid protests, the pop superstar suffered another setback in New Zealand this weekend.

In the form of a concussion, live on stage. Watch below:

While Gaga was performing "Judas," one of her crew accidentally hit her on the head with a rather large pole, clearly dazing the poor girl.

Man. This is the most time we've spent about talking about the "Born This Way" singer's pole since that Lady Gaga hermaphrodite rumor started.

Fortunately, she'll be fine ... and soon returned to the stage.

"I want to apologize. I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion but don't you worry I will finish this show."

And she did, going on for another 16 songs. Rock on.
