Living legend Bruce Springsteen kicked off the 54th Grammy Awards on Sunday with his latest single, the patriotic anthem “We Take Care of Our Own.”

Backed by the E Street Band, Springsteen’s energetic effort left his fans – including a very enthusiastic Lady Gaga – on their feet dancing and cheering.

Not bad for a 62-year-old.

The first single off of his upcoming album Wrecking Ball, “We Take Care of Our Own” embodies many of close-to-home themes that have made the New Jersey native so influential and a working class hero to many. Watch the Boss of Rock n’ Roll below:
