We doubt Texas Governor and Republican presidential hopeful Rick Perry was really hitting a bottle of Jack before this New Hampshire speech, but you never know.
Perry, who once led public opinion polling for the GOP nomination but now trails Herman Cain and Mitt Romney by wide margins, isn’t doing himself many favors.
Slurring and gesturing like a madman while making little sense, Perry waved a blue index card (containing his tax plan), saluted Hugo Chavez and much more.
