Dana Wilkey is the latest member of the Real Housewives franchise to find herself in a legal mess.

The Beverly Hills socialite and fiance John Flynn are being sued by Mary Painter, a woman who claims they defrauded her out of a $53,000 investment.

Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the lawsuit alleges Painter invested money in 2008 with Wilkey, Flynn and another man and was guaranteed a 10% return. When this never materialized, Painter claims her attempts to pull her investment out were denied.
